2.1 Account & Profile Information

When you create an account, we collect information stored securely on our servers:

• Name and Email address for authentication
• Age, height, weight, and fitness goals
• Referral codes and influencer invites

2.2 Health & Fitness Data

To provide you with our services (including coaching and AI analysis), we process and store:

• Food and nutrition logs (including images analyzed by AI)
• Workout history, plans, and completion metrics
• Body measurement logs over time

2.3 Subscription & Financial Data

We process subscription data (via Apple, Google, or RevenueCat) to grant you premium access. We also collect payout and transaction logs for users participating in our referral or influencer programs.

3. How We Share Your Data

We never sell your personal data. Your data is only shared in the following scenarios:

• Coaches & Professionals: If you explicitly choose to connect with a Coach on the Hero Health platform, your health logs and goals will be shared with them to facilitate your training.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers like Supabase (for secure cloud database hosting), Google Gemini (for AI meal analysis), and Apple/Google (for payments).

4. Data Security & Storage

• All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• Your data is stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase/Firebase) using row-level security policies.
• You have complete control over your data across all your logged-in devices.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

• Access: You can view all your logged health data inside the app.
• Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time via the Delete Account page or within the app's settings.
