By downloading or using the Hero Health app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

Content generated by AI (including meal analysis and workout plans) may occasionally be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet or exercise program.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Premium Features

Hero Health offers a "Premium" subscription that unlocks advanced features like AI Meal Scanning and Personalized Plans.

3.2 Payment & Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings solely on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the app to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass security features or reverse engineer the app
• Generate harmful or illegal content via AI features

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
